Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping site-wide on orders over $10.00. Most orders ship within 2 business days and are delivered via USPS First Class Mail 4-6 business days from the original date of purchase.
We also offer an expedited shipping option during checkout. Expedited orders are delivered via USPS Priority Mail 2-4 business days from the original date of purchase.

Return Policy
To initiate a return or exchange please contact support@soundergoods.com.
You may return any new and unused product within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for monogrammed products.
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase price (excluding any original shipping charges).
