What are Sounders?

Inspired by a trip in 2009 to Nantucket, MA for the Figawi Sailing Race, Guilford, CT native Chris Necklas set out to design a better sunglass strap. The "Sounders" name pays homage to Long Island Sound.

Sounders sunglass straps feature a patent pending attachment which enables the use of the finest leathers and woven cotton fabrics. Unlike many sunglass straps which add bulk and discomfort to the sunglass frame Sounders attach with low-profile fittings at the very end of the frame temples.
