Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping site-wide on orders over $50.00. Most orders ship within 2 business days and are delivered via USPS First Class Mail 4-6 business days from the original date of purchase.
We also offer expedited shipping. Expedited orders are delivered via USPS Priority Mail 2-4 business days from the original date of purchase.

Return Policy
To initiate a return or exchange please contact support@soundergoods.com.
You may return any new and unused product within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for monogrammed products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There is a flat rate return shipping fee of $7.00 USD.
Refunds (if applicable)
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receiving your return, less a flat rate return shipping fee of $7.00 USD.
