I recently received my American Alligator Classic Sounders and I was extremely impressed. The strap is a dark rich brown and is easily the classiest straps I've ever used or seen. What might be hard to notice from the pictures is that this strap is double-sided leather with gator on the outside and what appears to be their chestnut Classic on the inside that touches your neck. This is a very nice touch to this premium strap and makes it more comfortable to wear as well. Sometimes its tough to find a strap that looks appropriate with your premium sunnies but this compliments my Mcqueen Persols very well. Beyond the fantastic craftsmanship, its also great to be able to support an American-made product that provides unparalleled customer service. These were actually out of stock during the holiday rush and Chris was kind enough to make me two pairs anyways if I was willing to be patient. It was definitely worth the wait and I will definitely be back to buy more straps.

Recieved my alligator strap along with a Leather Strap (Hunter) and I will say the craftmanship on both products is outstanding. There maybe other leather straps on the market but Chris has a far superior product. The alligator strap is awesome with my Wayfarer's. I just ordered the Cotton and Leather Strap (blue and white) and look forward to recieving.
