I ordered the monogrammed sunglasses strap. Unfortunately when the order arrived it was not monogrammed. I reached out and received an immediate response, stating they would redo the order and send the monogrammed ones right away and for me to keep the one that shipped incorrectly. My personalized initials were perfectly executed onto the strap. Its the 1 main feature,IMHO, that Sounder offers that differentiates them from vendors on Amazon selling a similar product at a much lower price.
Nice tether. Stitching is clean, even..the lettering of the initials are well done, with crisp clean lines..i bought these because Sounder is the only seller i know of who offer this personalization option, which lends them as a great gift idea. If you dont require any personalization,like your initials, there's better prices on Amazon.
My straps were a gift 10 years ago and the rubber holders finally went out. I emailed about them and they gladly accepted the return, replaced with the new style holders, and sent them right back. Thanks a ton!!!
