I ordered the monogrammed sunglasses strap. Unfortunately when the order arrived it was not monogrammed. I reached out and received an immediate response, stating they would redo the order and send the monogrammed ones right away and for me to keep the one that shipped incorrectly. I was so pleased with the quick service and support as this was part of a larger anniversary gift and everything arrived in time. My personalized initials were perfectly executed onto the strap. Its the 1 main feature,IMHO, that Sounder offers that differentiates them from vendors on Amazon selling a similar product at a much lower price.

Nice tether. Stitching is clean, even..the lettering of the initials are well done, with crisp clean lines..i bought these because Sounder is the only seller i know of who offer this personalization option, which lends them as a great gift idea. If you dont require any personalization,like your initials, there's better prices on Amazon.

My straps were a gift 10 years ago and the rubber holders finally went out. I emailed about them and they gladly accepted the return, replaced with the new style holders, and sent them right back. Thanks a ton!!!
