I ordered the monogrammed sunglasses strap. Unfortunately when the order arrived it was not monogrammed. I reached out and received an immediate response, stating they would redo the order and send the monogrammed ones right away and for me to keep the one that shipped incorrectly. My straps were a gift 10 years ago and the rubber holders finally went out. I emailed about them and they gladly accepted the return, replaced with the new style holders, and sent them right back. Thanks a ton!!!
